As an Insurance Broker, MDS is authorized to receive premiums to be delivered to Insurers and to celebrate contracts in their name and on their behalf, through agreements between the parties; and its involvement does not end with the signing of the insurance contract, as it will provide support throughout the duration of the contrat. MDS does not cover risks, which are fully assumed by the Insurer.
Best Bank conducts insurance mediation as an Insurance Agent; it is duly authorized by the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority to sell insurance from all lines and pension funds, and was registered on 03/13/2008, under number 408268350.
BEST does not enter into contracts in the name of, or on behalf of, the Insurance Companies, nor is it empowered to settle claims in the name of and on behalf of the Insurance Companies. As a broker, BEST is not responsible in any way for covering the risks inherent to the contracts (this guarantee is granted exclusively by the Insurance Companies that enter into the contracts) and is not authorized to receive premiums or sums intended for the Insurance Companies with which it works.
