Legal framework 

Under the applicable legislation and regulations, and in accordance with the service agreement signed with Banco Best, the External Advisors are authorized to represent Banco Best in the prospecting of clients and in providing information about the services and products offered by the bank. It is important to highlight that these professionals are not authorized to: 

• Act on behalf of or represent another financial institution, although they may engage in other activities; 
• Delegate to other persons the powers granted to them by Banco Best;  
• Enter into any contracts on behalf of Banco Best;
• Receive or deliver, by any means, including electronic, money or any form of value; 
• Act or make investment decisions in their own name or on behalf of others; 
• Receive any type of remuneration from you.
